Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of JoseLimo, a private-car booking, dispatch coordination and trip-communication service operated by Noel Batista.

Using JoseLimo
JoseLimo is intended for authorized administrators, dispatchers, drivers and participating hotel employees. You must provide accurate information, use the service only for legitimate transportation operations and follow applicable laws and safety requirements.
Accounts and invitations
Employee accounts require a private invitation. Invitations are limited, may expire and may be canceled. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. Contact JoseLimo promptly if you believe an account or invitation has been misused.
Trip requests and fares
A submitted request does not guarantee availability. Dispatch may review trip details, propose or revise a fare, select an appropriate vehicle and assign or replace drivers. When hotel approval is required, the fare becomes accepted only after the hotel employee accepts the current dispatch quote.
Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Trip changes and cancellation requests may require dispatch approval. Any applicable cancellation or no-show charge must be communicated as part of the booking arrangement before it becomes due. JoseLimo may cancel or reassign a trip when necessary for safety, availability, inaccurate information or operational reasons.
Safety and conduct
Passengers and users must not use the service for unlawful, dangerous, abusive or fraudulent activity. Drivers remain responsible for safe vehicle operation and compliance with licensing, insurance and transportation requirements.
Location and communications
Drivers may provide location while on duty for dispatch and pickup coordination. Use of that information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Optional text messages are governed by the SMS Terms and Consent. Declining text messages does not prevent a person from obtaining transportation service.
Service availability
JoseLimo works to keep the service accurate and available, but internet connections, mobile devices, mapping providers and communications carriers may be delayed or unavailable. Users should confirm time-sensitive or safety-critical information directly with dispatch when necessary.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, JoseLimo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruption, inaccurate information supplied by a user, carrier delays or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
