How a person opts in

1. Account invitation: An administrator asks the prospective driver, dispatcher or hotel employee for verbal permission before sending a one-time signup link by text.
2. Passenger trip notification: During booking, the hotel employee or dispatcher asks whether the passenger agrees to receive transactional trip-status texts at the supplied number.

Verbal consent disclosure

Before the first message, the person is told:

“You are subscribing to JoseLimo transactional account or trip notifications. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Review the Terms and Privacy Policy at joselimo.app.”

Messages we send

• A requested, one-time employee account invitation containing a secure JoseLimo signup link and its expiration.
• A passenger trip-status notification when the assigned driver starts toward the pickup, including relevant driver, vehicle, pickup and support details.
• Responses required to process HELP, STOP or a later opt-in request.

Message frequency varies and is usually one outbound message per invitation or eligible trip event.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to stop messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to request messages again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].

Carrier and delivery terms

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the recipient’s device, wireless service and carrier network.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are used only for JoseLimo operations and requested transactional communications. JoseLimo does not sell mobile information or share it with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.
